If you would like to make a contribution to the Cancer Vaccine Center at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in honor or memory of a loved one, colleague, friend, or some other special person, please include a note with your check that includes:
- Name of the person honored or memorialized by your gift
- Name(s) of the person(s) at the CVC to be notified about your gift
